When to schedule your appointment by phone
While you can use ScheduleYou to make most in-office appointments, please call us at 918-494-2902 to schedule an appointment for any of the following services:
- Surgeries
- Fracture care and casting
- Injuries covered by workers’ compensation
- Orthotics pick-up
- Toenail, corn, and callus trimming (if you haven’t seen your primary care doctor within 6 months)
- Pre-op and post-op appointments
Please note that your health insurance may require 61 days between routine care appointments for services including ingrown nails, nail fungus, neuropathy, ulcers, and diabetic foot checks. Existing appointments on the schedule may affect the availability of future appointments.
Tips to help you get the most from ScheduleYou
- To schedule an appointment, you must select both a location and a provider.
- It may take time for the system to retrieve available appointments, so please be patient. We’re working to improve its speed and efficiency.
- If you don’t see any available appointments for the day you selected on the calendar, select a different day.
- If you receive error code 409, we may have duplicate records for you in our system. Please call us at 918-494-2902 so we can remove the duplicate record and give you access to ScheduleYou.
