Dr. Albright completed his foot and ankle surgical residency in 2009, gaining extensive experience at North Chicago Veterans Affairs Medical Center and St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago. His training covered advanced techniques in limb salvage, deformity correction, and trauma reconstruction. He also completed non accredited fellowships in orthopedic trauma and complex foot and ankle deformity correction at Marshfield Clinics and the Chicago Foot and Ankle Deformity Correction Center. This knowledge base is utilized in the treatment of Charcot, clubfoot, surgical revisions, and post-traumatic deformities. Since joining Metro Tulsa Foot and Ankle in, he has applied this expertise, helping the practice become the largest foot and ankle group in the state of Oklahoma.
The initial non-surgical management of patients is crucial in optimizing their overall quality of life. This includes a comprehensive biomechanical assessment of gait across the entire lower extremity, combined with long-term lifestyle strategies that promote longevity and well-being.
However, it is recognized that a significant portion of patients may not respond to conservative treatment. In such cases, addressing the underlying surgical pathology using the most advanced and evidence-based techniques remains as critical today as ever, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.
